A Rock, Two Trees, Mondo Grass

Now that Mosul, Aleppo, Damascus, and Nineveh got cancer
They will not receive the best nurses, advanced treatment, cure or respect -
Capitalist-democracy is proving not to have a peaceful answer

I have no other isms or “cracies” to offer for our cancers and diseases
Nor do I wish to build upon the desert sand (I have deserts in my heart yet)
Get me off Earth: I will survive with a rock, two trees, and Ophiopogon Japonicus
