Ryan woke up feeling very hungry. He hurriedly jumped out of bed and headed downstairs to get some breakfast. When he got downstairs he poured himself a bowl of cereal and quickly devoured it.
As Ryan was about to leave, his mother walked into the room. "A package for you came in the mail," she said. "I put it on the counter."
Ryan walked over, grabbed the package, and brought it up to his room feeling very confused. He didn't remember ordering anything and he couldn't think of anyone who would want to send him something. "I wonder what it is," he said to himself, setting the package down. Ryan opened it up to find a box labeled 'The Swaptacular Remote' along with some sort of note. He put the box aside for the moment and read over the note.
Hello, Ryan Martin,
You have been selected as a beta tester for Blarg Industries' newest creation, The Swaptacular Remote. This remote, which we have included in this package, is capable of altering reality in several ways, allowing you to swap bodies, personalities, and more with other people. The remote is yours to play around with. All that we ask in return is for you to provide feedback on how we might improve it at the end of the trial period. "Body swapping? No way that's real," Ryan scoffed as he set the letter down. He proceeded to open the box, removing an instruction manual and something that looked like some kind of TV remote. After taking a quick glance at the remote, he picked up the instruction manual and began flipping through it. After reading through the things this remote could supposedly do, Ryan thought it was total crap. "There is no way that this is possible!" he said. "But, then again, it can't hurt to try."
