This is an idea that I've had for quite a while; I've also written Part 0 of it on storywrite.com under the name TitanEmperor with the same title + Part 0. The idea is; what if the Emperor of Mankind returned in the last 11 days of the 41st Millenium and fixed the galaxy? This is my idea of how it and what will happen. Star Child believers are welcome.
