The modern Persona series begins with Persona 3 with the introduction of the calendar system and various other gameplay and thematic elements, and will be the focus of the first page of choices. The storyline branch for Persona 4 will mostly cover characters and plotlines first appearing in the games Persona 4/Golden, Persona 4 Arena + Ultimax, and Persona 4 Dancing All Night. Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth*.
The storyline branch for Persona 5 will mostly cover characters and plotlines first appearing in the games Persona 5 + Royal, Persona 5 Strikers, Persona 5 Dancing in Starlight, Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth, and most recently Persona 5: The Phantom X, should it be localized.**
The Storyline branch for Classic Persona will feature options for characters and plotlines first appearing in: Shin Megami Tensei: Persona, Persona 2: Innocent Sin and Persona 2: Eternal Punishment.
*Persona Q and Q2 will not receive their page on the broader outline mostly because the new characters introduced is minimal, so they will be counted as part of the cast of the latest mainline entry (P4 and P5, respectively).
**Depending on how extensive P5X is as a sequel, it may be counted as its own unique entry on the broad outline separate from Persona 5, stay tuned as more information comes out as this mobile game develops.
