You find yourself hiking up the trail, adjusting your pack as you sigh to yourself. Another lousy day in town...another lousy day of work. Ah well, it paid enough to keep your hobby going at least.
Supposedly every person in this world is supposed to go on their own 'magical' pokemon journey, and while on this trail you occasionally ran into the passing kid trying to catch a pokemon. Not you, you never did that. You found yourself helping at home too much around that age and just never got out and did it. You never much regretted it, but when you saw pokemon in the wild when you walked this trail your mind drifted to what it might've been like.
Your pack was digging into one of your shoulders as you went to adjust it again when you heard a rustle from the bushes. You stopped for a second to look, and a quiet moment passed before you decided there was nothing there. Probably a pokemon you thought. You continued until you found a nice boulder to take a slight rest on and sat down, opening your pack to pull out an energy bar and bottle of water. You quietly indulged yourself in the food and drink as you let your mind drift.
These hikes helped you to refresh yourself, get away from the hustle and bustle, and occasionally see a pokemon, maybe pet it or give it a bit of food before it went on its merry way.
You finished the bar, watching the trees and the wind rustle the grass and such before you took the empty bar and wrapper and placed them into a part of your bag to dispose of when you got back to town.
You hoisted the bag onto your back and continued on, whistling a little tune to yourself.
This kept on for a while, and you reached the end of where you normally hike and circle around, it was where the trail ended...a portion of trees continued on and you never ventured into it yourself. You didn't really know of anyone that had.
You went to turn around before a thought came to you...maybe you should check it out...you'd been doing this same hike for a long time, seeing something new would be fun right? Maybe you'd see a type of pokemon you'd never seen. Heck, who knows.
It was with that that you decided to step off the trail. You ventured into the grass, past the unknown treeline and kept going.
It seemed relatively normal too, just more berry bushes, more trees, more of the same, you hadn't seen a pokemon when you felt something odd coming over you...your vision felt like it was blurring and your pack was getting heavier.
"Must be getting tired..." You mumbled to yourself when a bout of lightheadedness took you as well. You went to set your pack down and when you did you collapsed forward, onto the ground.

When you opened your eyes the darkness of night was around you, that was the first thing you noted. You went to get up and for some reason noted that you didn't have any clothes on.
Wait...
"What the hell!?" You yelled out. Did someone rob you of the clothes on your back!
You stood up and found yourself standing on some sort of tarp.
You looked into the distance to see a canopy of...some sort too. It looked denim? You looked around, though the night was dark your eyes adjusted quick thanks to the star and moonlight above and the grass...looked tall. Some taller than you?
You looked down at the tarp and saw a familiar design on it...the one on your shirt. You looked back again to see a rising monument...that looked like your pack.
It was registering in your brain that something bizarre had happened...you'd shrunk!
"That's not possible..." You whispered out, afraid of the truth as a breeze blew by and you rubbed your arms shivering. Damn you were cold too.
"Okay...okay...calm down..." You said to yourself. You needed a plan.  | Members who added to this interactive
