You are a teenager (boy or girl, you choose in the beginning) with a little sister named Lily, who is around 11 or 12. Lily is small and weak, even for a little girl because she gets hurt and sick all the time, and you, being the older sibling, have to be responsible for taking care of her often. She really looks up to you and sees you as a hero. Your attitude toward Lily varies depending on the story, but you generally see yourself as her vast superior and want her to know this.

You can be mean to Lily, you can be nice to Lily. You can even do dirty things to her if you want. You can be a wholesome loving older sibling and care for your poor frail little sister, you can be a barbarian drenched in sex and violence. As long as you're in charge and Lily submits to you, all is fair.

Quick description of Lily-
Lily is a little girl, rather small and weak for her age because she gets hurt and sick all the time. She is rather skinny and short, since you're a big and tough you can lift and carry her with a little bit of effort. Lily has green eyes, blonde hair (although not naturally, she begged Mom to let her dye it), and a cute smile. She has not really started puberty yet. Her butt is small and bony. Lily loves Pokémon, TV (she will watch literally anything, even infomercials), snack cakes from the gas station, and shiny objects. She is trying to learn how to juggle but is really bad at it. She is the most un-athletic kid you know, she can't run fast or far and can only barely ride her bike. Lily worships the ground you walk on, you are like a hero to her. If you say something is cool, Lily will agree. If you say you hate something, Lily will try to hate it with you.
