A few guidelines:

1. No male weight gain.

2. No vore, furries or inflation.

3. Try to avoid using things like "One month later..." or "You pick." inside of the actual story.

4. Gain should be involuntary unless you can come up with an interesting plot angle. No "She thinks it would be fun to be fat" or "She gets fat to impress a boy", please.

5. Gain should be gradual and at least a bit realistic. Take some time to describe it, no "She eat 1000 cheezeburgars and is real fat all over."

6. Proper grammar and spelling are important.

7. Make sure you always have at least two choices at the end of each chapter, and don't suddenly end the story.

Anything else is fair game. Keep weight gain the main focus of the story, but if you want to incorporate some other types of expansion/transformation, feel free.
