Your name is Henry Heckleberry. You are 19 years old. Your mother's name is Sarah (Mittle) Heckleberry and your father's name is Jacob Heckleberry Jr. You have a girlfriend who is one year older than you named Marsha Jones.

Walking home one day you go by the old hospital. for some reason you decide to go inside. When you walk through the doors of the recently abandoned building you are thrown into a time-vortex. When you open your eyes you find yourself 20 years in the past, in someone else's body and with the ability to swap bodies with people in that time period just by thinking about it.

No killing (of the main character or his parents' younger selves).
Try to keep good grammar (in dialogue bad grammar is fine if you want to emphasize an accent or something).
No personality changes at all.
