First thing's first; what kind of relationship do men have with the much bigger women?
1) Men and women are equals in society. Neither group treats the other unfairly, and society has made many adaptations to aid the smaller males in their daily lives. Women also have evolved with superior eye sight and hearing, among other things, to make daily interaction with males easier. Basically, this route is as close to real-life society as we're going to get in this story...
2) Basically the same as option 1, except males aren't given the opportunity to get any jobs or have a say in government matters. Instead, they serve the roles of stay-at-home parents and handle the housework once they reach that age. Other than the fact that jobs won't hire them, men are basically treated the same as women.
3) Think of the ethics in this route as being similar to the middle ages, where society was divided into classes based on social standing. Men are the poor lower class and women are the wealthy upper class. Women don't go out of there way to oppress men, but they don't exactly try to help the either... They live in peace, more or less, but women are clearly favored by society.
4) Men are thought of as animals rather than humans. As such, they are commonly sold in pet stores or used as toys. Unlike many other giantess stories hat make men into pets, I want this route to remain mostly gentle. I'm fine with them getting punished for misbehavior; but remember that they are pets, not slaves. They should still be treated fairly well by their owners. Abusing them in this route would be like abusing a small puppy in real life: it's something that is frowned upon by society! Also, men found on the streets without an owner are treated like stray dogs and taken to a pet shelter or something similar.
5) Women see men the same way they see insects: something that only exists to be crushed. Men live oppressed lives and must live in constant fear of the much larger women. If a male is spotted by a female, they are either captured and kept as slaves or simply killed on the spot. Those who are kept as slaves are constantly abused, and may end up wishing that they had just been stomped out of existence. Life is anything but peaceful as far as males are concerned.
