here's the rules
1. Rouge can't shrink
2. mainly her breast grow and have to be the biggest part on her
3. Make her as big as you want
4. other female sonic characters can grow but can't be near the size of Rouge
5. NO MALE GROWTH!!!
6. Rouge can pop but she has to be Really Really big like bigger then a galaxy others can pop at any time
7. Chapters need to be lest 1500 - 2000 characters long
8. Light on the sex and if Rouge get's off or cums she grows faster
9. Rouge can't die
10. No dumb questions (How big will her tits get?) this puts limits to the size on which she can grow. there is no limit to how big she can get.
11.If you are setting up a story for [exp- What causes rouge's breast to grow?] you must fallow up on 1 choice. Don't leave all choices unwritten.

that's about it if any of the rules are broken the chapter will be deleted! Only if the chapter is good in my eyes I will let bending of the rules.
