The premise for this is fairly simple; those geniuses from The Big Bang Theory get shrunk, and trouble ensues. Unlike many other shrinking stories that appear on this site, I'd like to keep this one 'clean', if at all possible. Nothing more risque than the show it's based on, and try to keep the characters in-character.

Continuity-wise... 'cuz of course, a story about the Big Bang Theory has to worry about continuity, assume only enough has happened on a chapter branch to allow the appearance of characters thus far mentioned. There is no set time-period that the story is set in, and many of the branches will diverge from each other into various points across different seasons. Don't get allSheldon about it, and you'll be fine.
