Other: Globalized Changes

In this option, using the gemstone will cause it to make a wish come true, but that wish will be applied to everyone in the world. Once the wish has been made, reality will adjust, but the user will remember everything before the wish. Also, once used, the gemstone will be passed to the another person. This new person could be anybody, but it is often someone the previous user knows. All people who use the stone in this story will remember the changes made, even if they no longer have the stone.
