Growth spurts: A girl starts having growth spurts that go way too far.

b: Scientific experiments of some sort cause a woman to become a towering giantess.

Magic: Some mysterious power causes growth.

Already Gigantic: The giantess is a gigantic size when you find out about her.(Not necessarily already 1 mile. Anywhere from 12 feet+ at the start is fine)
