Is Liannas mother really coming to find her?

Lianna is sixteen years old, with pitch-black hair with silver streaks dyed in, and bright amber eyes, with just the slightest touch of green. She doesn't have many friends and doesn't really care. Her foster parents, Dave and Mary, couldn't care less about what happened to her.
Lee thinks her father is dead and can't remember what her mother looked like. She loves to sing and despite her punk exterior she likes country, she even owns a cowboy hat and pair of cowboy boots. Lee and her friends have a band, really all they do is play what the crowd wants on a street courner. Lianna plays the guitar and violin.
Events happen in this story that lead Lianna and her friends to believe that her mother is looking for her. But does Lianna really want to meet her?
