School had ended for the day and as they left the grounds the group of friends split up heading into two different directions with Ash, the girls and their Pokepartners (includes Rotom-Dex) heading back to town while Kiawe & Sophocles headed off to Kiawe’s family farm.
As they were walking one of their group noticed something on the side of the road, so they went over and saw it was a gem and after picking it up so they could take a closer look that is when it split into four pieces
Each of them took one which is when things started to get weird as the gem caused their bodies as well as their partners to glow briefly then fad when nothing else happened they continued on their way until
