How to start this...

There are many ways to pull this off, so here are some options:

Option 1: Bowser (or some other villain) gives Peach a vacuum mushroom, causing her to suck up Mario and Luigi. Now the Mario Brothers have to navigate through Peach's body and possibly stop Bowser (or some other villain)

Option 2: Peach is coming down with an illness, so Mario has to shrink to microscopic size and stop the illness inside Peach's body.

Option 3: Peach wants to have some quality time with Mario, so she shrinks him and has him explore her body.

Option 4: Someone (doesn't matter who) decides to explore Peach's body while she's not aware of it.

You have the following choices:
