When Subaru came back he first thought he was back in his bed because he was laying on what felt like a warm and fuzzy blanket but then it dawned on him he didn't have a fuzzy blanket maybe someone saved him? and Stella and it wasn’t a dream he could still become an op isekai protagonist as he dreamed maybe it was the scenario where a kind old wizard came across him dieing and saved him and decided that he liked his spirit and will teach him all of his spells? And he quickly picks up the spells and can improve upon them with modern knowledge? Excited with these thoughts he quickly jumps up and opens his eye screaming as he did
“HEEY MR. WIZARD YOU AROUND HErrrre?” quickly quieting his voice as he yelled after his mind caught up with his voice ‘why did he voice? His voice was a higher pitch compared to his normal voice. Maybe the Wizard was playing a trick to test his spirit or something?’
‘Yea that’s gotta be it’s quickly shaking his head with that thought but as he did that he felt something heavy attached to his head now that he thought about it he felt a lot lighter than he used to reaching behind his head to find what was attached to him found... Blue braided hair ‘T-That's strange but maybe it's part of the wizard's test?’ Subaru kept hoping that this was either a big fever dream or a test by an omnipotent Wizard or the like so he can be an op isekai character like he hoped ‘then maybe he won’t just be a worse version of his father’ he darkly thought before shaking his head of that thought ‘now what to do?’ before he could think he thinks he felt a push behind him looking behind him he saw a giant beast pushing there head against his back like a dog wanting to be pet it keeps trying to nuzzle him but not putting enough force to make him fall but still it was quite strong ‘maybe it was the wizards familiar or dog? But damn is it huge’ he thinks not realizing that yes it was large it wasn’t quite large as he thought it was because he had nothing really to compare his height in this moldy room he didn’t realize he himself was shorter in this body (i don't have an official height for her the only one I found said she was like 5’7 or something which is kinda ridiculous considering Subaru height was like 5,8 so I made her like 4'3just using a height comparison site and photos if someone can find can find a source that would be fantastic)so instead of thinking that he was shorter he thought that the beast was a giant quickly petting the beast trying to stop it after a few pets it stopped “now what to do usually the wizard would pop up and tell me what to do” that’s when he noticed that Stella was missing I guess I should look around for clues to see she is maybe this was his test? Find the heroine and boom bam done? Nodding his head he started to look around the room not noticing his outfit, height or the Guiltylowe following him wich at the time he didn’t know what it was but still he was focused on finding Stella fainly he found a
