This story was so immensely sad for Daddy. Not only is he whacked with unbelievable news he has to digest first, no he also tries to find a way out of the situation. He's hurt, confused, surely angry, dumbfounded, but despite all that he wants to help his daughter like every good father would want to.

It's even more heartbreaking when adding the additional emotional baggage (his difficult wife, three unthankful children, debts). That he thinks so much about the newest addition to his emotional downward spiral and even blames himself for not caring enough about her shows a righteous and decent character.

His violent feelings for the boyfriend are more than understandable. I could love him to death, like an own child but if the boyfriend of my daughter would impregnate her at such a young age I'd shred him to pieces with my bare hands. That's a natural impulse of every parent.

It almost made me cry when his daughter came home to give him the last and nastiest blow by saying that she no longer wants to stay with him but the other family because they'd fulfill her material needs better and give her what she misses by him. She doesn't care a damn that he ruins his body with working hard so he could at least try to give her what she wants.

She doesn't even care to help him or work herself, just demands and dumps mercilessly when she doesn't get her will. She has no idea how much she hurts him with her decision an how much she makes him doubt himself and that's scandalous. It almost made me hate her, no, it actually did. He gave up so much for her wellbeing and she kicks him when he already lies on the floor.
