First Thoughts: The first stanza establish the rhythm of this poem. The rhythm is that of ordinary speech and flows smoothly from stanza to stanza. Each stanza makes a specific point and builds on the last stanza.

What I liked: I like the way each stanza is larger then the last stanza, sort of like the national debt from year to year.

Final Thoughts: This is a thought provoking poem. Write on.
