I have the following comments to offer:*BigSmile*

Hi! My Name is Marcia. I am a new member here at "disABILITY WRITERS GROUP"  so, I wanted to stop by and introduce myself. I have been a member here at writing.com for almost three years my official anniversary will be on April 9th and I am. excited about it. I was born with cerebral palsy so I walk with quad canes and use a motorized wheelchair. I am very proud to be me. I have a strong faith and believe that everything in life happens for a reason.

*Flower1*Marcia's Personal Impression:

You have an amazing talent to write. Your story kept me interested from beginning to end. This story was a heart felt story. I liked the strong feelings of how Simon felt about seeing the ocean. You have a great talent for disruptive writing. I felt like I could REALLY see each scene in my head. I LOVED IT!

*Idea* My Suggestions:

My only suggestion to you is to keep writing your wonderful stories. Even though this story was sad. It had a wonderful spiritual message in it so, with that said I still came away with a calm peaceful good feeling inside. Knowing that our God pays attention to all of us and that in the end He will NEVER let us down.

*Note1*Punctuation/Spelling/Grammar:

I didn't see anything, but I am learning in this area myself so, I would like to leave this area to the experts.

*Star*What I Liked about the piece:

What I liked best about this piece was your descriptive writing at the end. The you described how Simon was seeing and feeling the eternal ocean for the first time that touched my heart in a way that I can't even put in words.
