Greetings, Tabby!
This is a neat little self-improvement piece about how we should treat ourselves, as well as how we should treat others, and I like the alphabetic style you wrote it in! In fact, pieces like this should be hung up on the wall to remind us about them every day.
The ones I need to remember are A, B, and U!
One minor niggle you might want check: When I first glanced over this, I noticed there was no N, and then I saw that you have it at the end of M.
Otherwise, well done!
