Greetings, BXC!
I don't read sci/fi as much as I used to, but I thought this was a catchy little piece. You've given the reader enough background to pretty much know what's going on with Robert, his mother from the past, and he himself in her womb.
And, just as mysterious as time travel is, you've left us with unanswered question: if he kills his mother while he's still inside her womb, what will happen him? Will he cease to exist, since he would never have existed at all?
Quite the paradox, eh? *Bigsmile*
Great spelling and grammar, but I did spot one tiny typo:
'ofthe day he had left his home'
Otherwise, nice job! Not sure where you're going with this or if you even to plan to expand on it all (since you have other things to attend to-I see you in the process of writing 'Return of the Vinslings'), but thanks for sharing it!
