Let's get straight down to it:

This is a heavily emotional song. The video only amplifies that. It screams out pain at your reader. Though the lyrics end on a negative note, the video ends on a question of hope. I liked that detail. Portrayals of regret, guilt, fear, frustration, anger, grief, this whole piece packs a heavy punch.

"I can hear the shelf laughing at me." I loved this.

The metaphors are used well, both in song and screen. The 'shelf' symbolizing a place to accommodate a memory or feeling, as in a library, but in this case, it's almost like a book you can't bring yourself to turn back in. Leaving it on the shelf, someone else might take it, or you may have to give it up for another book, maybe you'll forget the feeling of this one and it's terrifying. The book is obviously a person of affection, I ran that metaphor a tad long.

Heavily stylized, no need for me to look through grammar, it's part of the style.

Strong, vivid imagery and emotion, you captivated your reader well.
