Hi there,
I just read your poem and it touched my heart. I did enjoy reading this and it reminds me of a woman who would stay true to her husband/fiancé.

As for the grammar, I didn't see nothing wrong with the words. You wrote this from the heart and I can tell it has some emotion to it.
