I like cats and kittens so couldn't resist reading and reviewing your poem. I found your word art very easy to read. It was written in a smooth and flowing manner to follow the action of your kitten. The length of the stanzas helped with the showing of the action intertwining fewer words and then using more words. I was able to picture the kitten as it moved. You showed in wonderful detail the interaction between the kitten and the feather. I was watching in my mind the movie of your word art. Relating to the thesis of the kittens body as it practiced it's hunting skills was easy for me because you presented it as a picture rather than telling through words.

I enjoyed following the kittens antics and having had kittens know very well and can picture your poem kitten learning to hunt and play with the feather.
