*Sun*Greetings BlueMoon. I am happy to celebrate You with a review on behalf of "Poetry Review Garden [on hiatus].

*Backpackb* How cool to write about Dora! I actually have watched episodes with kids I work with. We Have fun. LOL

*Backpackr* How sad that Dora wakes up to real life that is not as exciting as she thought. Very imaginative at interpreting Swiper as a bully and did the friends really exist. It made is seem like a kid with imaginary world. You created the opposite of Dora's vibe on the show. Word choices like "moot", "transactions", "transitions" are well chosen and meaningful.

*Backpackv* I appreciated the choice of a simple form with short lines nicely rhymed. It can appeal to any age and the theme is relevant as we all have had wake up calls...even children when things are not always what they seem.

I wondered about the lack of punctuation but it does work to illustrate the mind flowing freely. Alternately, adding key punctuation could add to the potency as it would give pause to consider the points. All a choice! *Smile*

In the tag line, I think "lie" needs to be "life". *Wink*

*Backpacko* The title reflects the theme and content and the first line word "awoke" is a clue. First one can think it is a normal event to wake up and then we find it has a deeper meaning. I would want to go back to sleep. LOL What?? No monkey friend! *Wink* Speaking of a broken family adds to the sadness of the mood. Well done.

*Star* Thanks for sharing this original expression. It had an unexpected vision of Dora.
