New Halloween sig

Hello folks! Welcome to another edition of the Comedy Newsletter. I hope you are all keeping safe and still finding interesting things to do with your time.

Letter from the editor

I've been planning the big move to my Northern Command Center in New England, from my Southern Command Center in Florida, which keeps me comfortable and staying active all winter. Lately, I've been putting together my travel and summer wardrobe to keep me busy during the days of inability to shop at physical stores. Amazon Prime has been my friend in this department as they added a try before you buy your clothing option. *Bigsmile*

However, since this whole lock-down stuff we've been experiencing, not only me, but many of my friends and relatives have taken a great interest in elevating their cooking skills. For instance, I was fortunate enough to have yeast in stock in my cupboard since before the whole Coronavirus, and decided to join in on the Great American Bake-Off, which seems to be very popular these days.

Having a bread machine while in Florida is a smart thing to have as it is hot here and baking bread in the oven puts more heat and thus stress on the air conditioner electricity use, expenses. But I couldn't be content with just throwing ingredients into the bread machine one boring, rainy day. Nope! I decided to do it the way I do it up North, the old fashioned way. I wanted something I could get my hands on and punch the crap out of, and I figured bread dough would be my only legal choice at the time.

I must say, the kneading of the dough and the feel of its warm, silky texture under my fingers, and fists, elevated my mood dramatically! The oven heat didn't deter from my day of bread-making fun. *Ha*

"So WebWitch, you made bread. Big deal. What does this have to do with putting together your summer wardrobe?"

Ah ha! I'm getting to that point, folks. *Smirk*

My Coronavirus Fashion Spot!

*Down*

First Month of Coronavirus wardrobe choice:

Corona Fashion

Slimline, perky jeans that go well with many varieties of blouses or T-shits. *Ha*

Second Month of Coronavirus fashions:

Okay, not too fitted, not too shapeless, just shy of actually being called "house dress." A lovely choice when starting to get back into the swing of things including outdoor exercise, and excluding bread making for the foreseeable future, whereas salads are involved in all meals.

Extended Months' Clothing Options:

Don't even ask where the fashions will come from if this goes beyond the next few months. I'll be shopping at the Acme Tent and Awning Company for my wardrobe!

However, I do exaggerate, folks. I have managed to stay in shape during all the sheltering at home.

No pool, necessary. *Ha*

I guess I'm just naturally able to keep a shape no matter how little exercise I do, or how much bread I eat.

Yes, it's true.

Don't judge ...

It's the truth!

Really it is!

*Down*

ROUND is a shape. *Smirk*

That's all she sweated out for this edition of the Comedy Newsletter.

Until next time--laugh hard, laugh often!
