Asking for a minimum number of entrants is a reasonable request. It's got to be a contest after all.

At some point, we were all newbies on Writing.Com. 
We took first tentative steps around the site, marveling at the writing, the reviewing, the many activities. 
Some of us started by mostly reviewing. 
Some of us kept to mostly writing. 
And some simply took off and became a new generation of highly visible, highly active members who run contests, offer auctions and raffles to the community.
