I'm Bored!

If you're a parent, you've heard it and just winced a little. Sorry *Blush* I've heard it on the site too. I'm bored. There's nothing to do. There's no contests I feel like entering.

I have just the solution! Prepare! Okay, okay...that was a little vague. But the holidays are right around the corner, only 138 shopping days left until Christmas! *Santahat* Ouch! What? It's true. It's also the time when we get busy with holiday obligations and shoveling *Snow2* in the northern hemisphere. In light of that lovely information, think about the annual contests we hold at WDC. The first one comes to mind is "Dear Me: Official WDC Contest. While you haven't reached the end of the year, it's a good idea to look at your entry from last year and see if you can improve on what you wrote. And possibly shoot for a goal or two yet this year!

Halloween and October is *Bat1*Horror/Scary month, are your spooky stories polished and ready? Do you have some ideas on the back burner that could at least use an outline and some character sketches to be prepared? And soon, very soon is WDC's birthday in September! Are your activities and contests all shining and ready for members to visit? Have you thought about creating something unique for this year? Give it some thought!

And for those of you that participate in Christmas activities and Secret Santa exchanges, do you have some fabulous ideas for gifts and reviews? Have you fattened up your gift point piggy bank *Pig* with reviews and contest entries? And cashed iin on the weekly 2,000 gift points available in "Weekly Goals just for having some goals? Do you have a fun contest, activity or cNote collection you can share for the holiday season? If not, think about creating one!

This month's question: Do you have a holiday or seasonal contest you'd like featured? Send in your answer below! *Down* Editors love feedback!
