Boo!

Horror scary month is drawing to a close here at WDC, and I hope everyone had fun meeting all the ghosties, solving puzzles on the Messenger console and entering lots of contests and activities. The next question is what did you do with all your horror/scary entries in all the contests? This month, all kinds of inspiring ideas come to mind and end up as great entries in our contests.

Next month will be the beginning of all kinds of holiday activity here and I definitely suggest preparing for those. But don't forget your spooky stuff! There are a lot of places like online magazines and such that are looking for stories and poems with a horror theme. Hopefully you received a review or two that will help you polish your gem and get it on the way to publication.

Don't think when horror month is over, all your entries can go to pasture. There's always a home for them in the horror contests that run year round. When your word count restriction is lifted from the contest, you can add more detail, description and characters to flesh out the story.

Write on and scare on!!!

This month's question: Do you enjoy the horror fun in October? Send in your answer below! *Down* Editors love feedback!
