Billy The Kid Grave

This is not his actual gravesite. The graveyard was flooded long ago, washing away all the wooden crosses that originally were in place. No one knows where he is really buried in the graveyard. You see the current one, the one that's been stolen 3-4 times. There are many legends surrounding Billy The Kid, not the least of which he isn't buried here at all, and didn't die when legend says he did. I remember a man in Texas claimed to be The Kid, not sure what eventually happened. Not sure if they realized it was all a scam or fake, or what. I'd think that if they found out he was the 'Real Deal', it would have been all over the newspapers....
