Ski Jumps At Lake Placid

Lake Placid has an almost legendary place in American Sports History. The phrase "Do You Believe In Miracles?" was uttered by Al Michaels during the final minute of the United States win over Russia in the semi-finals of the hockey tournament. The ski jumping competition was held nearby using these awesome jumps!
