What irrational fears totally freaks you out? |
Phobias by J. L. Benjamin * * * Fear. It contols us, it determins the way we live and the way we die. Don't be fooled, we are all in its contriving grasp and there is nothing we can do about it. In the name of research I would like to know what freaks you out. (Unfortunatly I am only aloted 9 options. I will try to cover a wide veriety but feel free to leave additional or other fears I have failed to mention in your comments.) I personally have alot of fears. Spiders and Insects in general, heights but only if I feel unsecured like I could fall over the edge any minute. In my boundless paranoia and immagination I am afraid of the dark, afraid sinister characters are loitering in the shadows. I am afraid of Loud Noises, Pain, Jelly Fish, Clowns and Confined spaces. I'm sure there is something I have left out. My wife on the other hand is afraid of Snakes and large dogs. She is also afraid of hands on or near her neck and of being attacked or stalked (part of some childhoond trauma). So now that I have laid my soul bare it is your turn. Please comment and tell me why (if you know) and please specify on your fear. We may fear the same thing but differently. I am curious and intruiged with this topic so please indulge me and you will be rewarded. |
