With so many classic SNL parodies of political figures, which is the best?

From among the following choices (I know there have been a lot of great impressions, more than what I can include here), which of these Saturday Night Live comedians was the best at doing an impression of a well-known political leader? (in case you're wondering, I'm excluding Darrell Hammond impressions, since he's got so many, here and putting them in a separate poll)
