As gasoline prices rise, a feeding frenzy developes at the gasoline pump.

Cars
Circling
Like rows
Upon rows of ants,
But more chaotic.
Horns blow.
Busy bees
Finally pollinated
With fossil fuels,
Like falcons feeding,
Fearful, frustrated, and frantic
For their gruel.
