Poem about being isolated from the One that means the most.
"Isolation"
9/20/05

Tears cascade to form a river,
One that churns with turmoil and pain.
Isolated from the One that matters most,
Grasping on to His binding chain.

It is the only thing that is her savior,
The only thing that brings her peace.
Knowing she still belongs to Him,
Knowing she hasn't been released.

She has no will of her own,
She belongs to Him mind, body and soul.
Willingly she hands Him all of her,
He is the one in control.

Head bowed gracefully, eyes kept lowered
Kneeling before Him in complete submission.
Showing that He means the world to her
Feeling nothing but her contrition.

Thinking about the hurt she caused,
Her blood she would freely give.
To take back those moments,
God she prays He can forgive.
