Waiting is so hard sometimes.
Dear Baby,
For two long years, I have tried to coax you into existence. But you have not materialized yet. They say all good things come to those who wait. You must be really special.
I wonder what you will look like. Will you have your Daddy's brown eyes, or my chubby cheeks. I wonder if you will be happy or prone to sadness. I can't wait to hear you laugh. I can't wait to change your diapers. Any smell you muster would be better than the silence.
Whenever you want to come into life, I cannot wait to have you. You will be so loved when you come. I think you are the one who can show me what eternal happiness is. Anything that is a part of your Dad will do a good job of that.
It's hard to wait but I know I must. If for no other reason so that you can have the best life possible. I will see you soon, little one.

                             Mom
