A place were dreams are born and wonder comes alive.
The trees waved at me today,
as I sat in the shade.
Clouds walked by with the blue sky,
and the leaves ran and played.
Birds discussed life in their way,
and the squirrels were acrobats.
The gentle wind cooled my face.
The sun made light shafts of grace
that painted itself on the ground.
The sounds were distant but subjective.
And mystery is their objective.
Echoes of laughter filled my soul
and the grass played its role.
The butterflies sat in the air,
and the trees stood--watching without a care;
As I envisioned another place in my mind;
I saw a life as a dream and then I woke up.
