When 15 year old Brad is left in the care of his (30yr old)Stepfather Steve,for a year, Because his mom's in the military (same as the stepfather) and has to go for training in Australia. Brad spends most of his time working on his inventions trying to keep away from his stepfather and somehow mixes some bad chemicals and shrink down in height to 1/2 an inch. Now brad has to get the help of his worse enemy to get back to normal size..........
