A poem on Maid Marian's perspective on why she fell for Robin Hood. Pls. rate!
He swore his heart to me,
I, a humble, simple dame.
For both our love, I'll flee-
Maid Marian's my name.

I dreamed of knights and princes bold,
Yet now, instead I have
A thief by the name of Robin Hood,
Whom I adore and love.

Wit and charm may be a part
To capture my restless eye.
Yet a man, a gentleman by heart,
Would make my winged heart fly!

The first time I met my love,
Our eyes have somehow found
The missing link within our hearts
And forever we'd be bound.

He swore his heart to me,
I, a humble, simple dame.
For both our love, we'll flee-
Marian Hood would be my name!
