complete detachment
Unhinge your mind,
Watch the room ripple
In and out, in and out
With each breath
Until you
Detach.
And nothing has meaning,
Just a series of objects.
No emotion, no pain
Seeing everything with
Out any connection
No longer
Afraid
Or angry
Or hurt.

Content to just be.
