Confined by Fear.
I heard you knocking calling my name.
Can’t be selfish, must keep my burdens my own.
My thoughts…my shame…my pain…locked away.
Can you be there for me?
I’ve locked you out.
Can you fight to get in?
Now I’ve bolted the door.

So cold … I’m shivering,
So drained … I’m dizzy,
So hurt … I’m queasy.

I’m up against the door.
I want to be free.
I can’t see anymore.
It’s all just a blur,
Now red,
Now nothing at all.
