triangular co-existence
she collates the data, he conjures up the idea
she starts the ball rolling, he kicks them out
he listens when she cries, but keeps a stolid face
he sure makes up on his own terms.

she starts to sing, he hums in rhythm
his subtle maneuvers keep her andrenalin pumping
the messages come accross loud and clear
either they are deaf or choose not to listen.

he calls for her, he looks the other way
caught in a quagmire of mental and emotional displays
it's just absurd, picking the roles they play
enmeshed in a triangular sphere of opposing influences.
