Cat demon girl goes out to hunt for a vampire.
-chapter 1: The Fire Kitten.

A deafening scream escapes from some female in a alley with a male in the shadows having his head down near her neck. The woman's hands were pushing, scratching, and punching at the man as she screams even more while crying from the pain. After a few minutes her body goes limp in the man's grasp as he simply tosses her down before disappearing in the darkness of the shadows.

In the same alley a soft mewing comes from the shadows. The moon's light was blocked from the darken clouds of the night as the only light-like shown was two pairs of eyes; looking at the corpse of the woman. The mewing of a cat gets louder as the clouds, slowly move away from the moon to show off light. A black furred kitten was sitting down with its soft blue eyes looking down at the corpse. There were to marks that look like a bite with a little blood oozing down to the dirt. The long slender tail of the cat moves side to side as the ears perk up. Just then the kitten slowly starts to devour in flames as well the corpse which soon turns to ashes. The fire slowly fades where the corpse is now only left as ashes with the kitten still looking down at where the corpse used to be with its soft blue eyes before standing up slowly to walk out of the alley.

The black kitten made its way down the alley in a lazy-like walk. The eyes were looking straight a head to stop in front of a wired gate. Mewing softly the kitten simply jumps up on the garbage can which lucky for the kitten still had the lid closed. The tail swiftly and slowly goes back and forth from side to side before jumping down and over the fence to land perfectly on all fours. Slowly a fire starts to devour the kitten in it's raging flames to soon die out to have a girl standing there.

A small smile forms on her lips as she looks up at the moon as she soon realized her tail was still swaying about. Muttering to herself she let the flames devour
her again to soon end having her standing there with no tail this time. Walking to the clothes-line to get her clothes that were laying flat on the two simple white cords with the clothes looking like they were going to fall off any time. Sighing she put on black pants that cover the tops of her black tennis shoes which had black laces on them. She also had put on a light blue shirt with tiny sleeves and a black jacket over that. All the girl needed now was weapons since the night was still young and yet an other vampire attack had occurred which was no surprise to her. To her all vampires were a disgrace to all creatures that ever had lived. All they had wanted was to kill and suck you dry since all you were to them was food. She open a door of a shack as quietly as she could but it gave a soft squeak from the rusty hinges. A small smiles comes to her face as her blue eyes looks down at her black dagger as she simply without no thought in the matter places it in her jacket pocket. She did this for about 3 other black daggers and along with that a gun also a small spray bottle that holds the thing she love the most: pepper spray. Why pepper spray? Well... it is one way to get a vampire off guard. Walking out to close the door she saw lights turning on in her parents room which was the top floor to the right. Quietly and quickly she started to walk into the shadows to the backyard's door that will lead into the house. Her right slender hand opens the door as she walked herself in the darken kitchen before closing it. A soft mew emits in the darkness as her face that was smiling turns into a frown. "Hello mother." She simply stated while glaring around the darken room. She starts to sigh as her right hand brings it up to her face before she hold a fire ball that fits perfectly in her hand to give off more light. That's where she saw a black furred cat that has blood red ears that were perked up on the head while the eyes of the feline looks up at her as if in a glare. "What are you doing up?" The tail slowly moves back and forth while the eyes of her mother looking up at her. "What I do best, vampire hunting." She rolled her eyes as if annoyed of her mother's question. "Not on a school night." Her mother's tone was starting to sound like a hiss since she was still in her cat form. Which the girl didn't mind at all because her mother would be standing in the room naked in front of her if she had changed. "I need to catch this one vampire, mom... it likes attacking in this alley you see... and it has yet killed an other person." She said nervously. "Now how do you know this?" She simply asks as if not caring if someone had died. "I er... was out." Looking down she could see her mother's eyes were becoming slanted. "Fine, go out but if I catch you yet again on a school night... I'll tell your father." She says coldly before she hisses. The cat soon sprints out of the room with her tail sticking right up in the air. She sighs as she made her way to the living room which was darken since her had put out the fire ball after her mother had left. Opening the front door she slipped out into the darkness to do what she like to call... Cat preys on the mouse game. The vampire is the mouse and she is the cat. Laughing softly as she think of this since the vampires never do know that she truly is a cat and for them... just a simply human that had grown fangs, can't go out in the sun, get to hear people's thoughts, oh and suck blood! Her hands place themselves in her pant's pockets as she starts to stroll down the sidewalk, hoping she'll have a sucess in her hunt of the 'mouse.'
