As I’m so bushed tonight

Do you think that you might

Cook the meal

Bath the kids

Check the homework.

Then do clear away

So we don’t start the day

All behind.

Those school shirts should be ironed

And I promised a note

To their teachers

About the spelling they missed.

Well…yes..

I’ll just make a list.
