When a woman loves
Gone

Darkness sweeps her northern
Gently aiming past dreams
Through shadow’s mysteries

She melts under his warm embrace
Desire flows, creating rhythm
Enslaving her to the magic

With each little death
She craves the night skies so
That he may come to her

Gone are little girl ways
Ahead are the woman and the man
Brightly the sonnet is written
For her the joy is eternal

Blocked from another path
Closed to possibilities
She is content in her entrapment
As long as it is he who keeps her snared
