The Theatricalty in Dying
by Xposer

The incadesdcent words
expose the perpetual pain
The silence,
the restrain,
and together bring
a frightening view.

It is an ominous state
when one sees
that the essence of their being
is drawing to a close.

It is tragically tragic
when the curtain cascades
prematurely before the show ends.
When the actress is lying dead on the floor
robbed of the nominally profound
last lines
of the pathetic spectacle.

Such a pitiful last breath,
weak and weary, lacking any
tangible conviction.
She has tripped over the fallen pieces,
disconnecting the life lines,
a concise victory,
an ironic ending,
for the exaggerated suicide.
