Forever hope and forever dream.
Lying amongst the daisys
Bare arms against the grass
Watching birds up in the trees
As the silent clouds roll past

Childhood hopes and childhood dreams
All come flooding back to me

Dressed for my first party
First one That involved drink
Offered a tablet that I reject
Faster than a blink

Tennage hopes and teenage dreams
All come flooding back to me

Crossing the road
Forgot to look
Did not see the car
that over took

The car that stopped
To wait for me
To cross the road
To safety.

I froze, terrified
Unable to walk
Unable to speak
Unable to talk

It hit me
He was high on drugs
And drunk
Why could'nt he see he was a mug

To take such substance
Then to drive
By doing so
He took my life

Forever hope
Forever dream
Behind this door
Death waits for me
