My attempt at a double acrostic: written for a contest

Double Acrostic:

Daises flutter down the hill, their pedals swirling in the wind
Out the window looks the kid, his peepers eyeing them so
Underneath the bushes they continue to fall, next to Lou
Beneath the hardened exterior of the man, lies a baby in a womb
Love has been complicated, even the pennies thrown in the well
eat his wishes. Never has it granted him even the simplest one
A fallen flower now brings him luck from beyond when a
colorful beauty comes from far away, this simple twist ironic
Rather stunning she stands, beauty as sweet as sugar
Overlooking his shadow, his speech crumbles like a domino
Still she stands, her bright aura penetrating his shyness
Technique. The difference between plan and action is his twist
In this universe, luck can be as perfect as the math symbol Pi
Cause the way to her heart is writing a beautiful double acrostic
