A sad lullaby.
Rock in your treetops,
swing in your moon's cradle,
I will not catch you,
if you happen to fall.

Play in your sunlight,
dig in your earth,
I'll not help you out,
chance it pulls you in.

Fly in your breezes,
sleep in your waves,
I shall not save you,
should you happen to drown.

Go run to your starlight,
sigh to your flames,
I shall not hold you,
if you happen to cry.

Let the sun be your daddy, happy and strong.
Let the moon be your mommy, hold you in its arms.
May the wind be your toy, it your happiness keep,
and the sea be your cradle, rock you to sleep.
The flames be your blanket, be you so naive.
Trees will watch o'er you,
the earth be your grave.

So play in your treetops,
sleep in your moon's cradle,
I will not catch you...
should you happen
to fall.
